  • I do! If you’d like to commission me, please contact me either at contact@jadeleppa.com or through the contact form on this website.

  • I ship internationally with a few exceptions.

    Countries I do not ship to at the moment:

    Afganistan, the Bahamas, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, El Salvador, Iran, Israel, Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Solomon Islands, Syria, Timor-Leste, Trinidad and Tobago, USA, and Yemen.

  • A typical processing time after the order has been placed is 1-4 business days.

    Shipping time depends on the country of the reveicer. I ship from Finland using local Posti mail services.

    Finland: 2-5 business days

    Europe: 1-4 weeks

    Outside Europe: 2-8 weeks

  • You can cancel your order or change it (e.g. changing shipping address) before it has been dispatched. Do this by contacting me through my email at contact@jadeleppa.com or by using the contact form on this website.

  • Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving the order. The products will need to be in their original packaging and in good condition. Returns and exchanges might incur shipping fees to the customer.

    If you would like to return your package or exchange an item, please contact me through my email at contact@jadeleppa.com or by using the contact form on this website.

  • The customer is in charge of filling in the right shipping information at the time of ordering.

    If the shipping information is correct and the parcel hasn’t arrived within the promised shipping time, please contact me through my email at contact@jadeleppa.com or by using the contact form on this website.

    If your order is damaged, kindly notify me as soon as possible after the parcel has arrived in the above mentioned ways.

  • Sivustoltani voi tilata kansainvälisesti lukuunottamatta muutamaa poikkeusta.

    Maita, joihin en tällä hetkellä toimita:

  • Tyypillinen käsittelyaika tilauksille on 1-4 arkipäivää.

    Tilauksen lähdettyä sen tilausaikaan vaikuttaa vastaanottajan maa. Lähetän kaikki tilaukset Suomesta käyttäen Postin palveluja.

    Suomi: 2-5 arkipäivää

    Eurooppa: 1-4 viikkoa

    Muu kuin Eurooppa: 2-8 viikkoa

  • Voit peruuttaa tilauksesi tai muuttaa sitä (esim. vaihtaa tilausosoitetta) ennen kuin tilaus on lähetetty. Voit tehdä tämän joko lähettämällä minulle sähköpostia osoitteeseen contact@jadeleppa.com tai ottamalla yhteyttä nettisivuni yhteydenottolomakkeen kautta.

  • Kuluttajasuojalain mukaisesti palautukset ja vaihdot ovat mahdollisia 14 päivän ajan tilauksen saapumisesta. Tuotteiden pitää olla alkuperäisessä pakkauksessaan ja myyntikuntoisia. Palautuksista ja vaihdoista saattaa aiheutua postimaksuja asiakkaalle.

    Jos haluat palauttaa tilauksesi tai vaihtaa tuotteen, otathan minuun yhteyttä joko lähettämällä minulle sähköpostia osoitteeseen contact@jadeleppa.com tai ottamalla yhteyttä nettisivuni yhteydenottolomakkeen kautta.

  • Asiakas on vastuussa tilaustietojensa oikeellisuudesta tilauksen tekohetkellä.

    Jos tiedot ovat oikein ja paketti ei ole saapunut luvatussa ajassa, voit ottaa minuun yhteyttä joko lähettämällä minulle sähköpostia osoitteeseen contact@jadeleppa.com tai ottamalla yhteyttä nettisivuni yhteydenottolomakkeen kautta.

    Jos tilauksesi on vahingoittunut, otathan minuun yhteyttä mahdollisimman pian tilauksen saapumisen jälkeen yllämainituilla tavoilla.
